How to Place an Order

1. Submit a request on the website.
2. We’ll contact you via Telegram or email.
3. We’ll confirm the quantity, configuration, recipient’s information, preparation time, and delivery method.
4. We’ll agree on a convenient payment method.
5. We’ll prepare the sculpture for shipment and send you the tracking number.

Submitting a request does not trigger automatic payment. We’ll confirm all order details with you personally before processing it.

Payment

Payment cannot be made directly on the website.

After receiving your request, we’ll contact you via messenger or email to confirm the order details and agree on a payment method.

Available options:

Bank card transfer
We will send you the payment details after your order is confirmed.

Payment to an individual entrepreneur’s account
Transfer to the individual entrepreneur’s checking account using the provided bank details.

Cash on delivery
Payment upon receipt of the shipment. The option for cash on delivery must be agreed upon before the order is shipped.

We will confirm the final amount and payment method with you before processing your order.

If the price on the website is listed in U.S. dollars, we will inform you of the current amount due in hryvnia before payment.

Shipping

Shipping costs are determined according to the carrier’s rates and are paid by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed upon separately.

The time required to prepare the order for shipment is up to 3 business days after order confirmation.

For prepaid orders, the preparation period begins after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon with you.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the preparation period begins after order confirmation.

Once the order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number so you can track your package.

Gift Orders

You can order a sculpture for someone else and have it shipped directly to the recipient.

If desired, you can add a gift card to your order:

• with our text;
• with your personal message;
• with the recipient’s name and the sender’s signature.

You can also place an order without a card.

If the sculpture is being shipped directly to the recipient, we will omit pricing information from the package upon your request.

Receiving Your Order

We pack each sculpture with its fragility in mind and prepare it for safe transport.

Upon receipt, we recommend inspecting the packaging and the sculpture at the post office or in the presence of the courier.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or the sculpture, if possible:

• document the damage with a photo or video;
• report it to the delivery service representative;
• contact us as soon as possible.
