EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Before placing an order, we recommend that you review the photos, dimensions, materials, and other characteristics of the sculpture on our website.

If, after receiving the sculpture, you wish to exchange or return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, subject to the cases and conditions provided for by Ukrainian law.

Return of a Sculpture in Good Condition

A return is possible provided that:

  • the sculpture has not been used or damaged since receipt;
  • its marketable appearance and consumer properties have been preserved;
  • all components are included;
  • there is proof of the order or payment.

Each sculpture is handcrafted and finished by hand. Therefore, there may be slight natural variations in texture, shade, and surface finish between individual pieces.

Such variations are a characteristic of handcrafted work and the materials used and are not considered manufacturing defects in and of themselves.

If the sculpture is damaged or defective

If you receive a sculpture with damage or a defect that is not related to the natural characteristics of the material or the handcrafted nature of the piece, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt.

In your message, please include:

  • the name used to place the order;
  • contact information;
  • a brief description of the situation;
  • photos or videos of the sculpture;
  • photos of the packaging, if the damage occurred during delivery.

We will contact you to agree on the next steps—an exchange, a return, or another way to resolve the situation in accordance with Ukrainian law.

How to Process a Return

Please provide the name used to place the order and the reason for the return.

We’ll provide shipping details and agree on the next steps for the return.

Please pack the sculpture securely before shipping. If possible, use the protective packaging in which you received your order.

Please do not send returns without prior notice—this will allow us to identify the package more quickly and process your request.

Refunds

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the condition and contents of the sculpture.

If the return conditions are met, the funds will be refunded in accordance with Ukrainian law.

The method of refund depends on how the order was paid for.

For orders paid in advance, the funds are refunded via bank transfer to the account details agreed upon with the buyer.

If the order was paid for upon delivery, the refund method is agreed upon with the buyer after we receive the returned sculpture.

The time it takes for the funds to be credited may also depend on the bank or payment institution.
